From Nishi Sake Brewery
The history of the brewery began in 1845, when Nishisukezaemon began making shochu about 2km into the mountains from Fukiagehama, one of Japan's three largest sand dunes.
Since then, with the support of the local people, we have continued to hone our skills and work hard every day to make delicious sake.
We also produce sake and whiskey in Kagoshima, and organic wine in New Zealand.
We will continue to devote ourselves to brewing delicious sake, based on our belief that "sake brewing is agriculture."
