Chameleon shochu that changes shape

This shochu is made using the distillation method (indirect heating distillation) of Sada Souji Shoten.
It was born as a new standard for sake that can be enjoyed with any dish!

When drunk on the rocks or straight, it has a pear-like flavor, when mixed with carbonated water it has a taste reminiscent of Muscat, and when mixed with hot water it has the texture of fluffy baked sweet potato. It's a shochu that changes its appearance in an amazing way, truly like a chameleon!
