This is a carefully crafted potato shochu hand-brewed by the young master brewer, Wakamatsu Tetsumoto.
It is produced in small batches in wooden boxes called "muro-fuda," and both the first and second brewing stages are carefully made using the traditional hand-made method known as "earthenware jar brewing."
It has a mild taste and a fragrant flavor that you will never tire of.
This is a standard "sweet potato flavored shochu."
