Super rare rice only used in 2 breweries across the country x Super popular brewery Kangiku Meijo

This is a new product from Kankiku Meijo that uses the unfamiliar sake rice "Kenaizan".
This Kenaizan is a truly rare rice that is only used by two breweries in Japan, Miyaizumi Meijo and Kankiku Meijo, who brew Sharaku.
This is the first attempt at Aizan outside Hyogo Prefecture, which was born in Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture, with Aizan as its seed.

The concept of Kankiku Meijo's new product, which uses such precious Mt. Kenai, is to write down the chronicle of Mt. Kenai through this alcohol.

Since it's still sweaty during the day, I imagined the freshness and sharpness of pasteurization.
Please enjoy a new side of Kankiku Meijo, which brings out the elegant and rich aroma typical of Aizan while remaining refreshing.

The alcohol quality is rich in aroma, so please chill it slightly and enjoy it in a glass shaped like a wine glass!
