Arga Blanca Densho 750ml
[Arga Blanca Densho]
Katsunuma Brewery, a pioneer of Koshu variety, is conscious of "traditional succession"
Released orange wine
This orange wine is made from 100% Koshu grapes harvested in Katsunuma Town, Koshu City, fermented for about two weeks, and then matured in old barrels for four months.
Pale gold color with glitter.
Aromas of apple compote, yellow fruits such as tropical fruits and bananas, pipa, and Darjeeling tea leaves.
The slight scent of mowed grass brings freshness, while the beautifully blended barrel and lactic acid fermentation bring a sweet and complex taste.
Rather than an overly oxidative style, the style is firm and taut, and the texture is thin and delicate.
The tannins are felt on the tongue, the acidity is crisp and combined with the astringency, the mouth shrinks.
The alcohol feels low and continues seamlessly from the mouth to the aftertaste.
Blend ratio: Brewed fermentation 70%, stainless steel fermentation 30%
