The "Winemaker's Challenge" series is a series of carefully selected cuvées released in limited quantities.
This "Winemaker's Challenge Okubo Skin Extraction 2022" uses Koshu grapes from the rare "Okubo" plot, which covers just 0.17 hectares.
After squeezing, the grapes are pressed again using the overextraction method, which concentrates the juice from the skins to create a wine with a deep color and the grip of tannins, just like orange wine.
Be sure to try this special cuvée, which will be released in limited quantities.
