Sanjurokuninshu Junmai 1800ml
[Thirty-six people Junmai]
Received the Warm Award at the Japan National Sake Appreciation Society.
The rice used for sake brewing, "Dewanosato", has a large shinpaku (the white part in the center of the rice), and is characterized by a sufficiently beautiful finish without being highly polished.
Although this sake is 65 % polished, it has a gentle ginjo aroma and an elegant and refreshing taste.
A versatile junmai sake that can be enjoyed at any temperature, from cold to warm.
〇Excerpt from Kikuyu official website
This sake is named after the thirty-six people who built the free city of Sakata, men who bravely lived through the times.
We aim to create a so-called "living sake" that can be drunk in everyday life, such as evening drinks, so we don't focus only on the aroma, and brew sake that you can drink without worrying that the taste will not deteriorate even when warmed .
We strive for a dry, crisp, yet deep and expansive flavor.
