Tamagawa Time Machine 1712 360ml
[Tamagawa Time Machine 1712]
A Japanese version of dessert wine, perfect as an aperitif
Sake made using methods from the Edo period.
Although it is very sweet, it has three times the acidity and five to seven times the amino acids compared to ginjo types, so the rich sweetness comes off quickly and leaves no lingering aftertaste.
It's so tasty when poured over ice cream that it'll make you laugh!
It also pairs exceptionally well with dishes and ingredients with a slightly stronger flavor, such as blue cheese, foie gras, and heshiko.
On the label, which depicts a sake brewery from the Edo period, a robot with the Tamagawa logo on its face is seen as a brewer.
