Normal sweet potato shochu uses rice koji, but this sweet potato shochu is made by steaming "Koganeimo dice" which are made by cutting Kogane senkan into small pieces, applying koji mold to make golden potato koji, and then adding steamed sweet potatoes and making it in a traditional pot. Carefully prepared in a jar.

As the raw material is 100 % sweet potato, it has the pure aroma and refreshing flavor of the sweet potato itself.
