A masterpiece created by Nozaki Toji, who produces many unique shochu.

Using Kogane Sengan as raw material, it is distilled at low temperature and under normal pressure using yellow koji and Kagoshima No. 5 yeast.
The unfiltered unfiltered sake is matured for just under two years in the winter by scooping out the oil before being shipped.

Rich sweet potato scent.
It has a firm sweetness and a mellow flavor.
The aftertaste is refreshing, and the drink is crisp and easy to drink.

Enjoy it any way you like, whether it's on the rocks, with water, or with hot water.
