This is a super limited edition imo shochu, released only once a year, where a very small amount of Marunishi Shuzo's standard imo shochu, Hasubara, is bottled unfiltered as a freshly distilled new sake.

Brewed with the thought of drinkers' expressions of "delicious!", the pure, freshly made taste gradually changes and reveals its true character day by day.
This is a precious new sake that allows you to experience these daily changes, as well as the immediate deliciousness of the freshly made product.
