Using 100% Koshu grapes from our own farm in Katsunuma, we put the skins and seeds into the juice in the same way as red wine, add no antioxidants, ferment with wild yeast, and unfiltered in French oak barrels. Aged.

You can also find a spice-based scent from the barrel and a scent reminiscent of white peach.
