Won the highest gold award and first place in the Koshu category at the 2025 Japan Wine Competition!

We carefully select and harvest late-ripened Koshu grapes that turn a deep crimson color from our own fields located in Iwasaki, the birthplace of Koshu grapes.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control to extract ingredients derived from the peels.

Aromas of quince, Japanese citrus, cloves, tea leaves, and apple mint.
The subtle acidity and pleasant astringency give the flavor a three-dimensional feel, and the umami that slowly spreads throughout the mouth brings back memories that have been enjoyed by generations.

It is recommended to drink it at around 13°C in a medium-sized glass.
