A wine that brings out the strength of Koshu

To bring out the delicacy of Koshu, we use highly ripe Koshu grapes.
It has aromas of Japanese citrus, green apple, clove and tea leaves, a sense of volume due to its high sugar content and clear acidity that supports it, and a lingering fruity aroma and slight bitterness.

It goes perfectly with the minerality and umami of ingredients such as bonito stock, barley miso, and bamboo shoots.
It enhances the flavor of sushi and raw fish dishes.
