This is a fresh and vibrant wine made from Koshu grapes harvested in three representative production areas of Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is a crisp yet expressive dry white wine with a variety of fruit flavors such as apple, pineapple, and citrus.

The rich fruit flavors from the Tamasato district of Kofu City are primary, exquisitely balanced with the sharp acidity from the Hosaka district of Nirasaki City and the mineral notes from the Ichinomiya district of Fuefuki City.
The solid fruitiness and minerality give volume to the wine, while the pleasant acidity and the characteristic slight bitterness of Koshu create a delightful finish. It is a sharp and dry white wine.
