Chateau Sakaori Katsunuma Koshu 2024 750ml
[Chateau Sakaori Katsunuma Koshu 2024]
Delicate and Approachable Orange Wine
An orange wine crafted by female winemaker Hiromi Fujimoto.
Made exclusively with late-harvest Koshu grapes from Katsunuma.
It has a beautiful orange hue.
Aromas of spices like clove, cardamom, and cinnamon are present, along with sweet notes reminiscent of ripe Japanese citrus.
On the palate, it has a moderate acidity and a hint of sweetness, with a fruity sensation that evokes loquats and apricots, and a tea-like texture. A pleasant astringency spreads richly throughout the mouth.
Serving temperature: 10-12℃
Food pairing: Lu Rou Fan, Braised Pork Belly, Abalone in Soy Sauce, Braised Hijiki Seaweed
