"Coco Farm & Winery" is located at the foot of a mountain vineyard that opened in the 1950s.
They produce wine exclusively from 100% Japanese grapes, without using herbicides or chemical fertilizers in their own vineyards, and primarily rely on natural wild yeasts for fermentation at the winery.
They value listening to the grapes and bringing out their natural qualities.
