[Domaine Gin 2020 Koshu Petillant]

A slightly sparkling white wine perfect for relaxing on the weekend!

It is based on fully ripe Koshu grapes from Katsunuma Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, and is blended with some Koshu grapes that are harvested early and have a strong acidity.
It is then bottled and left to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle to give it a slightly effervescent finish.

Low-temperature fermentation gives it a fruity aroma and crisp acidity.
No sulfites are added during bottling, giving it a gentle flavor.
It is ideal as an accompaniment to Japanese cuisine in general.
