A dry white wine that faithfully expresses the taste of its origin

The Hishiyama district is located at an altitude of 500-600m, the highest in Katsunuma Town. This region, with its complex and diverse soil including scattered large granite rocks, was particularly cherished by the third-generation owner, Kazuo Misawa.

Each cluster is covered and hand-harvested. Only grapes from specific vineyards are selected and fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks.

It offers citrus aromas of lemon and lime, along with floral notes of white flowers and spices like coriander and cumin. The palate is smooth and dry, with citrus fruit flavors, smoky minerality, and a pleasant, lingering acidity.

This wine faithfully expresses the unique character of the Hishiyama region.
