A dry white wine that honestly expresses the taste of the region

Made with Koshu grapes harvested from the Hishiyama area, a region highly valued by Kazuo Misawa, the third-generation head of Chuo Budoshu.
Each bunch is covered, hand-harvested, and then only grapes from specific fields are fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks.

A brilliant, pale yellow with a greenish tint.
It presents citrus aromas like lemon and lime, white floral notes of acacia, spice aromas such as coriander and cumin, and mineral notes reminiscent of minerals.

The smooth palate offers citrus fruit, mineral flavors, and a long, firm acidity that forms the wine's structure.
The lively acidity and smoky minerality wonderfully express the taste of the region.
