A dry white wine that combines elegance and power

The wine is made using 100% high-quality Koshu grapes from the Toriihira area of ​​Katsunuma Town, a region highly valued by Misawa Shigekazu, the fourth-generation owner of Chuo Winery.
The harvested grapes are further carefully selected, and the best lots are fermented in old French oak barrels and then stored in stainless steel tanks.

A pale yellow colour with a brilliant grey hue.
The aroma is rich and voluminous, with fruity aromas of yellow apple and pear, spice aromas of white pepper, and roasted aromas, giving it a complex impression.

The attack is mellow and dry with a rounded acidity, and the fruitiness that is as rich as the aroma spreads throughout the mouth, allowing you to enjoy a long aftertaste.
