[Honjo "Celebration" Sparkling]

A cloudy sparkling wine with a gorgeous and refreshing flavor

Grapes are carefully selected from the Iwai area of Katsunuma town, harvested and fermented, then early-picked Koshu is blended as the base wine with late-ripened Koshu as a secondary ingredient.

We carefully select and harvest grapes grown at our own farm in the former Iwai village.
This is an authentic type that undergoes alcoholic fermentation and lactic acid fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle using the Champagne method.
By intentionally leaving some sediment behind, we create a familiar flavor with a pleasant texture.

Fresh Japanese citrus with a toasty aroma derived from yeast.
It has a creamy and juicy taste with a supple acidity and a subtle bitterness.
