This is a dry white wine with a harmonious balance of juicy fruit aromas such as peach, minerality, and acidity.
They only use Koshu grapes produced by i-vines, Yamanashi Prefecture's first agricultural production corporation specializing in the cultivation of wine grapes, represented by Ikegawa Hitoshi .
We maximize the potential of the grapes at the vineyard stage.

Chateau Sakaori Winery is a winery opened in May 1991 by the Kinoshita Group, which sells imported Western liquor, in Sakaori, overlooking Kofu city. Based on the group's motto of "selecting the world's finest liquors," the winery exchanges information on the latest wine-making techniques using equipment imported from various countries and a network with 29 manufacturers in 11 countries around the world. Sakaori Winery exists as a base for producing "world-class Japanese wine" and spreading it overseas.
