This Petillan is made using 100% Koshu rice grown in Kamoidera, Yamanashi City.
The phenolic components are extracted by leaving it in contact with the peel for two days.
It has a dry, refreshing, strong foam with hints of honeyed apple.

No antioxidants (sulfites) added.
