Kyoeido 2021 Autumn Release Orange Wine No. 3

The Koshu grapes from 2021 were aged in small barrels for approximately 7 months, and then in large barrels for about 3 months.
The basic style is juice-like.

It has a clear, golden yellow color.
You can smell buttered coconut and a hint of ripe lemon.
On the palate, lemon and passionfruit are refreshing.

When aerated, notes of bacon and toast emerge, along with the spice of cloves and nutmeg. As the temperature rises, a milky yogurt-like sensation appears.
The finish is clean, with a subtle hint of yogurt and spice.

Enjoy it crisp in a slender glass at a low temperature.
