Kyoeido 2021 Autumn Release Orange Wine 2

This 2021 Koshu grape wine has been aged for approximately 10 months to half a year in large and medium barrels.
It is fundamentally made from macerated Koshu grapes and juice.

It has a slightly translucent, pale golden yellow color.
The aroma is milky and coconut-like, with notes of bacon and toast, and a hint of melon.
The palate is refreshing, with hints of fennel and tomato.
When aerated, it develops a cedar-like aroma.
Gradually, a peel-like astringency and white pepper-like spice emerge.

We recommend drinking it in a slightly larger glass, as it enhances its gentleness.
