Kyoei-do 2021 Spring Release Orange

Made using 100 % Koshu rice harvested in Kamoidera and Katsunuma .
The Koshu grapes, which have been fermented and juiced, are aged in large barrels for approximately six months.

Slightly cloudy pale yellow.
The aroma is of grapefruit, yellow apple, and pineapple, with notes of tanned leather, cinnamon, and wood.

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a light attack, a cloudy texture, grapefruit and mandarin orange. The aftertaste is also light, but the citrus and milky taste that comes through your nose is interesting.

The aroma is a little weak, so please enjoy it in a small glass.
