New vintage of wine used at the G7 Hiroshima Summit working lunch

This is a limited edition brew of Koshu grapes lovingly grown by Nakagawa Kimiharu of Sueki, Ichinomiya-cho, Fuefuki-shi, Yamanashi Prefecture.
The sweet aroma reminiscent of fresh Japanese citrus and white flowers, along with the refreshing acidity and pleasant bitterness unique to Koshu, give the wine depth and flavor.

It goes well with marinated horse mackerel, fried seafood, and herb sauteed chicken.
