Enjoy refreshing acidity and the characteristic slight bitterness of Koshu.

Koshu grapes from the Kyohto region (Katsunuma, Ichinomiya-cho) of Yamanashi Prefecture are carefully fermented in low-temperature stainless steel tanks and aged for over 10 months on lees through secondary fermentation in the bottle (traditional method).

Fine bubbles, fruit aromas of Japanese pear and kabosu citrus, rich acidity, and the characteristic slight bitterness of the Koshu grape can be felt in the finish.
