Gentle orange wine that goes well with everyday Japanese ingredients

Using Koshu seeds from Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, no antioxidants (sulfites) are added.
Compared to traditional Koshu wines, we take longer contact time with the fruit skins and lower the extraction temperature to create a light orange wine.

It has a faint citrus scent and a slight effervescence in the mouth.
There is a momentary citrus flavor typical of Koshu, but it is quickly followed by the bitterness of the wine-brewed pericarp.

Refreshing aftertaste with good acidity.
