Orange sparkling wine goes great with meals!

The wine uses grapes from contracted farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture.
This sparkling wine is made by adding carbon dioxide to orange wine, which has a pleasant astringency derived from the skin.
The combination of citrus nuances, rounded bubbles and a lingering bitterness makes for an addictive flavor.

This wine is made without the use of sulfites and is aged in stainless steel tanks for about eight months with live yeast, resulting in zero residual sugar, making it an excellent match for food.

No antioxidants (sulfites) added.
