A completely natural orange wine that goes well with a wide range of dishes.

We use 100% Koshu seeds from our own farm in Katsunuma.
No antioxidants added, fermented with wild yeast and finished without filtration.
The fields are managed with only lime-sulfur mixture and Bordeaux liquid, without using any pesticides, and pests are exterminated by hand.

The temperature during fermentation is left to nature, and after brewing for 12 days, the juice is squeezed and aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

The aromas of white peach, apricot, and Darjeeling are well-balanced with the bitterness of Koshu.
It goes well with stir-fried pork or chicken, general Japanese food, and less spicy Chinese food.
