Uses 100% Koshu from Katsunuma, which does not use chemical fertilizers.
No added antioxidants, fermented with wild yeast and unfiltered.

The temperature during fermentation is left to nature, and after 12 days of brewing, the juice is pressed.
Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

A wine with aromas of violet flowers and white peach, and a fresh, firm acidity that lingers.
It goes well with pork, chicken stir-fry, and general Japanese food.
