Made using 100% Koshu grapes harvested from our own fields along the Shigekawa River in Koshu City.
The wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and bottled without significant filtration.

The rich aroma of Japanese citrus fruits, pears, and green apples spreads throughout the mouth.
This dry white wine has a concentrated flavor but also a clean, crisp acidity, making it a refreshing drink to enjoy.
