[Onmitsu Wines SISTERs Koshu Petnat 2024]

A lightly sparkling white wine from "SISTERs," a trilogy made with Koshu grapes!

"SISTERs" is a new series consisting of three types—white, orange, and Petnat—all made using Koshu, a grape variety indigenous to Japan.

This Petnat features natural bubbles from in-bottle fermentation, is made naturally without filtration or added sugar, and is bottled by hand.

The eye-catching label was created by Baku Maeda, famous for "EYE OF FIRE."
The hand-drawn numbering also adds to its charm.

Onmitsu Wines is a winery run by a married couple based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Shinichiro Ogura has an unusual background, including a master's degree from MIT and serving as head of the Space Utilization Promotion Office at the Science and Technology Agency (now the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
Their motto is to treat grapes not as mere objects, but as living beings with love. They make wine carefully by hand, minimizing the use of large machinery and chemicals.
