Made using Koshu grapes from Katsunuma town.In 2024, fermentation took place in tanks, and after fermentation, the wine was transferred to barrels for aging. This barrel-aged wine was then blended with wine that underwent both fermentation and aging in barrels.

It has a slightly deep lemon-yellow hue, with an elegant, rich barrel aroma and fruitiness that are well-balanced. Complex flavors and refreshing acidity spread through the mouth.

This food-friendly wine has a thickness and warmth that cherishes the original aroma and flavor of the Koshu variety, and a lingering, rich umami finish that is impressive.
