Made with Koshu grapes from Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
The skins are pressed for four days with skin contact, and without any débourbage to enhance the aroma, the characteristics of the Koshu grapes are carefully extracted.
The lack of sugar makes it a powerful wine that pairs well with any dish.
It goes especially well with olive oil.

No antioxidants (sulfites) added.
The gas pressure is strong, so please open the bottle slowly while watching it over a bowl or similar.
