We use the Koshu variety grown in Non-Bordeaux at our own farm in the Kubodaira area of ​​Makioka Town.
When brought into contact with the fruit skin, the purplish pink flavor unique to the Koshu variety is extracted.
In order to bring out the aroma, fermentation is done without the use of sulfites to stimulate the enzymatic activity of yeast fungi.

A round citrus scent like pink grapefruit spreads throughout.
