Kyoho 2023 Spring Release Red, Yamanashi Prefecture Limited Edition

Cabernet Sauvignon underwent fermentation with pigeage at a low temperature for about 3 weeks.
Koshu grapes were also fermented at a low temperature, and then blended in a 2:3 ratio.

Aged in medium barrels for approximately one month.
