The barrel aging is kept short and the wine is finished unfiltered to allow the natural flavor of the grapes to come through.

It has a distinctive fruity aroma reminiscent of raspberries and blackcurrants, and also has a pleasant oak aroma.
Using traditional Pinot Noir-producing methods, the wine has a rich fruitiness and astringency that makes it a satisfying drink.
