Koshu grapes from Katsunuma Town, Shiozawa, Yamanashi City, and Koshu City are made into juice and then aged carefully in large barrels for six months using carbonic maceration.

A dull golden yellow color.
There are many fruity notes such as mandarin, pear, lychee, and melon, and over time notes of lavender, hay, and yogurt emerge.
It has a slightly oily mouthfeel, but feels a little dry on the tongue.
The flavors of cinnamon, agarwood, and hazelnuts are strong, with a lingering aftertaste of green grass and yogurt. The flavor changes depending on the time and the place where you enjoy it.

Serve the curry with naan, and the yogurt and cream will make the curry taste even richer with the wine.
It also pairs well with earthy scents such as stir-fried mushrooms.
If you're going for curry, we recommend a narrow glass, and if you're going for an earthy flavor, we recommend a thick glass that emphasizes the fruitiness.
