Kyoeido's 2023 Summer Release Rosé

The grapes are direct-pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged for approximately 4 months in 500L medium barrels and 225L small barrels.

It offers a unique and interesting balance with a flamboyant Muscat-like aroma and an oily mouthfeel.
