Daisuke Goto, a sommelier in Tokyo's Ginza district at night, travels to Yamanashi Prefecture during the day to cultivate grapes and brew wine, and runs the winery "Label Vigne."

This product is a limited edition sake from Label Vigne's popular "Ladybird" series, made using Delaware grapes grown in Osate, Katsunuma Town.
In order to bring out the natural flavor of the carefully selected grapes in the wine, we brew it without adding sugar and using natural yeast.

The gentle, refreshing taste will have you drinking more and more.
It is an ideal drink to enjoy with Japanese cuisine in general.
