To make the most of the sweetness of mandarin oranges, which have a high sugar content, the acidity of the sake is made slightly stronger to balance it out, and a little bit of mandarin peel is added to enhance the aroma.
Delicious mandarins are not just sweet and sour, but also have a mellow and rich flavor.
This drink is also smooth and full-bodied on the palate, yet leaves you feeling refreshed in the end.
