A few years after the plum wine boom, this is a plum wine that we started making late.
Originally, the Mitobe family also made umeshu because my father liked it.
Since we are a latecomer, we are manufacturing with the policy of making a truly delicious plum wine based on Japanese sake, in an orthodox way. Please experience the taste of plum wine pickled in Japanese sake.
In addition to the variety and maturity of the plums, we have also conducted comparative experiments on everything from the taste of the sake to be used, the type of sugar, the method of pickling, and the working time.
Of course, the production of umeshu is different from the brewing of sake in many ways, but there is another interesting aspect.
