It's light even though it's lightly refined!

By pasteurizing the bottles using a pasteurizer ( a high-performance pasteurizing device ) , the sake retains the freshness of unpasteurized sake, and you can feel a tingling gas on your tongue immediately after opening the bottle.

The soft rice flavor spreads just right, and the acidity in the aftertaste nicely tightens the flavor, making this a refreshing, dry sake with a clean finish.
