A gentle red wine that pairs well with delicate Japanese cuisine

Lately, we often hear people say, "I don't like red wine," or "I used to drink it, but recently I only drink white."
For those people, we highly recommend Onmitsu Wines' "MBA."

"MBA" refers to the native Japanese grape variety "Muscat Bailey A."
Through careful and clean handcrafted methods, the wine has a strong grape flavor yet a gentle impression, resulting in a red wine that pairs well even with delicate Japanese dishes.

*A small amount of sulfites is added before bottling to prevent oxidation.
(Due to the very small amount, there is no sterilizing effect, so please store it in the refrigerator.)

Onmitsu Wines is a winery run by a married couple based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Shinichiro Ogura has an unusual background, including a master's degree from MIT and serving as the head of the Space Utilization Promotion Office at the Science and Technology Agency (now the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
Their motto is to treat grapes not as objects, but as living things with love. They minimize the use of large machinery and chemicals, carefully making wine by hand.
