A limited-edition sake, crafted by the toji to perfectly complement seafood.
This popular brand previously used only "Gohyakumangoku" rice, but due to rice supply circumstances this year, it has been changed to special-grade "Yamada Nishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture. The result is a refined and clean umami, characteristic of a higher-grade sake rice.
Slow fermentation at low temperatures suppresses off-flavors, achieving a smooth mouthfeel and a pleasant aftertaste.
The rich ginjo aroma, reminiscent of bananas and derived from Shizuoka yeast, gently spreads, allowing you to enjoy a soft roundness and transparent flavor.
It pairs exceptionally well with seafood dishes such as sashimi and grilled fish.
As a brewery from a port town, this is a recommended bottle as a "sake to accompany seafood."
