Using grapes from Yamanashi and Nagano, each variety is fermented for about 2 to 3 weeks, stored in tanks, and then blended. Since it is a one-sho sake, we have taken care to balance the flavors so that it can be enjoyed as an everyday drink and paired with regular meals without getting tired of it.

This red wine from Yamanashi Prefecture comes in a 1.8L bottle and combines the lightness of Muscat Bailey A with the elegance of Merlot, offering a gentle fruitiness and just the right amount of acidity and astringency.
