KODOU is made using only grapes harvested from the 111 VINEYARD in Seba.
It is only released as "KODOU" when the winemaker himself is satisfied, and this is its first appearance in three years.

It has sweet fruit aromas like blackberry and blueberry jam, along with notes of vanilla and herbal medicine.
The acidity is mild, and the acidity in the aftertaste dissipates smoothly, with a mild and gentle astringency.
The aftertaste offers a good volume of fruit and alcohol.

The acidity and astringency are not prominent, resulting in a mild, soft, and gentle taste.
