Fattoria AL FIORE began planting its own grape vines and outsourcing brewing in 2015, and has been harvesting grapes little by little, despite some twists and turns.
However, if we only used our own grapes, the amount would be extremely small, just one or two barrels, so we blend grapes with more trusted grape growers to produce a larger amount.

The taste, aroma, body and overall balance are all achieved through the brewing techniques we have cultivated over the years and the power of our farmers' excellent grapes, resulting in a wine of a quality that is comparable to that of our flagship Fattoria Al Fiore series and will satisfy you to the fullest.

Fattoria AL FIORE is a winery that has been renovated from a closed school gymnasium in Miyagi Prefecture.
"We want to continue to make wines that express the grapes as they are," and we aim to create wines that are not flashy but that convey the pure, essential quality of the grapes as you taste them, rather than wines that have a strong superficial impact.We make natural wines with no added sugar or acid, no preservatives, and no filtering.
